The Health Insurance Marketplace, run by the Federal government, is mainly for people who have no insurance, are not insured by their employers, have "pre-existing" conditions and have had trouble getting insurance in the past, and small businesses.

BCBS is the only insurance company in Hyde County insurance through the Marketplace. Farm Bureau is also licensed to provide BCBS coverage.
