Ocracoke mourns the loss of Frankie O'Neal.

Franklin Dewey O'Neal, born August 27, 1968, to Edith and Carlton Boyce O'Neal, died Monday, July 9 in his Levittown, PA home. He had just returned from a vacation on Ocracoke. He celebrated the holiday and visited with friends and family, including his father, and brothers Charles and Lewis.

A memorial service and celebration of Frankie's life will be held Friday, July 13 at 1 p.m. at the Ocracoke United Methodist Church.
