3rd COVID Case in Hyde County
Editor's note: We don't know, and the Health Department doesn't tell us, if this COVID-19 case is on Ocracoke or the mainland. So far, we've learned that the first two cases were on the mainland.
The individual is in isolation at home and close contacts have been identified and given quarantine instructions. Though this is the third laboratory confirmed case in Hyde County, two of the three cases have recovered. There are no current
