Beach Fire Ban Lifted
The beach fire ban, which went into effect May 30, was a result of extremely dry conditions that increased the risk of beach fires spreading to dune vegetation, forested areas, or developed neighborhoods adjacent to Seashore beaches.

Seashore visitor centers and campgrounds have copies of the beach fire permit.
