Wednesday, April 6th:

Come on out to the Hospitality Training meeting for Outer Banks National Scenic Byway, 9am-10:30am at the Fire Hall. Here's some more info: The Outer Banks National Scenic Byway has signs ready to hang along the entire byway from Whalebone Junction through Ocracoke all the way to the edge of Beaufort. They are going to be in place by the end of April. As part of the roll out for the signs and website, the Byway Committee has created a hospitality handbook for businesses along the byway to share the information with their customers. It will include itineraries for the entire byway and places of interest in hopes of generating additional visits from vacationers in Dare and Down East.
