Despite the remnants of Ana's winds and rains, Ocracoke is busy this week.

Monday May 11th:

The 4th of July is less than two months away! It's not quite time to panic, but it is time to plan. The OCBA 4th of July committee is meeting at Noon on Monday at the Community Center. All are welcome to join the fun! The group is hoping to make the parade more exciting this year. If you've got some ideas – let us know! You can also put in your two cents by taking this survey: https://www.murvey.com/s?552b575bbf59485605312ef1
It asks about your support for fireworks in 2016, but also has questions about the other events and plenty of space to tell us your ideas. If you’ve already taken the survey — thanks!
