Even if you aren’t an avid runner, come join in the fun and participate in the 1 Mile Family Fun Run which ends right in front of the Ocracoke Coffee Shop!! Help support Ocracoke Non-Profits, and have some fun at the same time!
The Ocracoke Island 10K/5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run will be held Saturday April 25th, 2015. Last year's race raised over $30,000.00 for 3 of Ocracoke's non-profits. Funds were divided equally between WOVV Ocracoke Community Radio, the Ocracoke School Athletic Boosters Club, and the Ocracoke Community Park. Over 300 runners participated in last year’s event. This year's race will support the same non-profits.
