Current Events: New Year's Edition

Tuesday, December 30th:

Live music at Gaffers Sports Pub with the Southern Belles, starting at 9pm. $5 cover charge. 

Wednesday, New Year's Eve: 

1pm – 4pm-ish: The Annual NO FOOTFALL ZONE Bash at Books to Be Red.  Bubbly, food, special sales and free raffles. What more could you want?

7:00pm: Special New Year's Eve service at Ocracoke Assembly of God Church: All are welcome to join Ocracoke United Methodist Church and Ocracoke Assembly of God as we celebrate together and bring the New Year in with singing and testimony. Pastors Richard Bryant and Ivey Belch invite you to attend this special night.

Thursday, New Year's Day:

3:00pm: Polar Plunge! Looking for a perfect way to wash away 2014?? GET WET! It's time for Ocracoke's Annual Polar Plunge – Thursday, January 1 at 3:00pm at airport ramp (if you don't have a 2015 beach pass, the organizers can shuttle you to the water). Even, if you aren't going to plunge, come and cheer on all the brave souls who are!
