Ocracoke Seniors Do the Ice Bucket Challenge!

Before being doused with ice water on what may have been the hottest day of the summer, the Seniors nominated the Junior class, Coach Adam Burleson, and Ms. Leslie Cole to take the challenge. What a fun way to beat the heat and help a good cause!

Each of the kids donated $10 to go to the ALS Foundation. The Senior class was challenged by the staff at Ocracoke Coffee Company. 

Ocracoke Island Realty, Blue Heron Realty, the Pony Island Motel, and the Pony Island Restaurant have also taken the ice bucket challenge for charity, as well as many individual Ocracoke residents.
