Ocracoke School's cross country team wins the all-conference meet.

On September 10th, Ocracoke School's cross country Dolphins traveled to Manteo High School to compete against other teams in the Coastal 10 conference. The results? Ocracoke Boys win! Ocracoke girls win!

In our new, bigger conference, competing against bigger schools, our boys and our girls both won! Kevin Perez led the boys with a personal best time of 18:50 and Karen Perez led the girls with a personal best of 22:10. All of our runners ran very good early season times and Evin Caswell also ran a personal best time.

This Saturday, September 14th, the Dolphin cross country squads go against 1A, 2A, 3A and 4A teams in the Pam Pack Invitational at Washington High School in Washington, NC. The boys race is at 10:30 and the girls race is at 11:00. If you happen to be in the area Saturday, come cheer for the Dolphins! Fear the Pod!
