Ocrafolk Festival Requesting Catering Bids

The Ocrafolk Festival is requesting catering bids for the Friday night opening gathering for this year's Ocrafolk Festival on June 7, 2013.

The dinner is a fundraiser and will be a buffet-style feed for approximately 400 persons, outdoors on Ocracoke Island. The meal should include two selections of a main dish (one local seafood, one other . . . barbecue, etc), coleslaw and one other veggie, hush puppies, and sweet & unsweet tea, and water. Caterer should provide plates, cups, napkins and utensils, and will be expected to serve the buffet. The dinner will start at 5:00 and will finish at 7:00 PM.

Bids should be submitted by March 15th and can be emailed to info@ocracokealive.org or mailed to PO Box 604, Ocracoke, NC 27960.
