OPS Hires New Administrator

On August 3rd, DeAnna Locke resigned from her position as Administrator of Ocracoke Preservation Society to take another job here on Ocracoke.

The Executive Committee is deeply grateful for DeAnna’s years of faithful service and wishes her the very best in her new endeavors.

On August 16th, the Executive Committee voted to employ Amy Howard in the position of OPS Administrator. We are extremely excited about working with Amy as we move into the future with the work of historic preservation on Ocracoke Island.
