On Friday, March 30, the students at Ocracoke School invited the community to their 4-H S.T.E.M. Exhibit, otherwise known as the science fair. The S.T.E.M. (Science. Technology. Engineering. Math.) exhibit was sponsored by the Hyde County Extension office and coordinated by Ocracoke School 4th grade teacher Rita Thiel.

The students presented their projects to a panel of judges Friday morning; in the afternoon, parents and community members were welcome.
