Music Across The Sounds
Musicians from Hyde will bridge the county’s watery gap when they come together to present “Music Across the Sounds” on Saturday, March 3 at Mattamuskeet School Gym beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Set to take the stage are: Rodney Kemp, Molasses Creek, Ocracoke Jazz Society, The Believers Trio, The Mac and Tammy McRoy Band, Earl Carawan, Gloria Burrus and Snow Hill Gospel Chorus, Donald Thompson, Anne Blythe Davis, April Trueblood and Jamie Tunnel.
The program is free to the public and homemade treats will be available. Music Across the Sounds is presented by Hyde County Mainland and Ocracoke Arts Committees, East Carolina Bank, Hyde County Government, Tideland Electric, Beaufort County Arts Council and the North Carolina Arts Council. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
