Mery Christmoose?! This moose appeared on the lawn at the Ocracoke Lighthouse Keeper's Quarters. NPS didn't put it there. Who did?

Got an update from Jed Dixon with NCDOT Ferry division:
- The Ferry Division will operate on an alternate schedule at Hatteras OPS on December 24th and 25th.
- Ocracoke's bedroom project will be announced early January and will begin early February.
- The Ferry Division received 4 new support tugboats and 2 new barges on October 11 These tugs were funded through STI by Divisions I, II and III. The builder was Conrad Shipyard in Louisiana. These boats will assist in our Department of Dragation and Marine Maintenance.
- The Ferry Division participated in the Ocracoke Climate Change & Health virtual meeting - stakeholder participation. The Corps recently completed the 5-day dredging on Big Foot Slough.
