Civic Affairs Meeting Wednesday

The OCBA Civic Affairs meeting will be streamed via Facebook Live. Some participants will be on the mainland and others on the island, and this will be the most efficient technology to provide the community with this important information about the COVID-19 virus and additional Hyde County updates.

Even if you don't have Facebook, you can still participate.

After the live stream ends at 6  video will remain on Hyde County Public Information site. The meeting will take place in English, but all notes will be transcribed and translated into Spanish after the meeting and will be available for distribution Thursday morning.

Participants should be able to write questions during the live stream for them answered. If you can't participate in the live stream, but want to ask a question, don't hesitate to email Sara Teaster before the meeting at steaster@visitocracoke.com

ACTUALIZACIÓN a la reunión cívica de OCBA mañana por la tarde, 6 pm   La reunión cívica se transmitirá a través de Facebook Live. Algunos participantes estarán en el continente y otros en la isla, y esta será la tecnología más eficiente para brindar a la comunidad esta información importante sobre el virus COVID-19 y actualizaciones adicionales del condado de Hyde.
