6:30am Election Day! Get out and vote! Polls open at 6:30am and will close at 7:30pm. Go do the right thing, people, and exercise your civic duty.

Wednesday, November 9th:

Post-Election Day! Try not to gloat if your candidate won. We'll post election results ASAP right here on the Current.

Thursday, November 10th:

8:30am Veterans Day Celebration at Ocracoke School. Gather 'round the Flag Circle to help the students honor our local veterans. All are welcome!

Friday, November 11th:

Veterans Day: Honor someone who has served.

7:00pm: Learn Traditional Ballet Folklorico Dancing with Fabian Vargas of Ballet Folklorico Guadalupano. Meet in the Ocracoke School gym for this kick-off to the Festival Latino de Ocracoke!

7:30pm: Music at the Coyote Den! The Coyote Den is in the Community Square, and will host Martin Garrish and Friends "Playing Your Ocracoke Memories" every Friday night from March 25th – November 18th. More info at www.coyotemusic.net
